SPEAKING & TALKS

WORLD RECORD FREEDIVER - AUTHOR - SPEAKER - FOUNDER OF APNEE AU FEMININ

OCEAN ADVOCATE - ARCHITECT

Everything begins with breath

For the past few years, I've spent much of my life exploring what happens when we learn to stay calm under pressure.

As a world record freediver, I've experienced environments where focus, trust and emotional regulation are not optional - they're essential.

Today, I bring those lessons to organisations, conferences and leadership teams through talks that combine storytelling, breathing practices and current research on the nervous system.

Each session is practical, interactive and adapted to the audience

DESIGNING

A LIFE WITH

DEPTH

On courage, reinvention and building a life that reflects who we are.

What the Ocean Teaches About Fear

A freediver's guide to transformation.

Fear isn't something I've learnt to eliminate. It's something I've learnt to understand.

Drawing on stories from the ocean, neuroscience and practical breathing techniques, this talk offers a different perspective on fear and how we respond to it.

SUITABLE FOR:

Wellbeing • Mindfulness • Women's events • Health organisations • Conservation

INCLUDES:

A guided breathing and grounding practice.

Her passion, authenticity, and deep knowledge were evident throughout the workshop, and participants left not only with a greater understanding of the neuroscience and physiology behind breathwork, but also with practical tools they could immediately incorporate into their daily lives.”
