5 minutes to flow

WORKSHOP

WORLD RECORD FREEDIVER - AUTHOR - SPEAKER - FOUNDER OF APNEE AU FEMININ

OCEAN ADVOCATE - ARCHITECT

What if just five minutes could change the way you think, feel and perform?

Developed from the breathing techniques I use as a world record freediver, 5 Minutes to Flow is an interactive workshop that combines breathwork, practical neuroscience and performance psychology to help people manage stress, improve focus and build resilience.

Whether in the workplace, the classroom or on the sports field, participants discover how intentional breathing can regulate the nervous system, sharpen decision-making and create a greater sense of calm under pressure.

Every workshop is practical, engaging and tailored to the needs of the audience, leaving participants with simple, evidence-informed techniques they can apply immediately in their daily lives.

FIVE MINUTES

TO FLOW

My signature immersive workshop exploring how breathing influences focus, resilience and wellbeing.

Participants move through a series of guided breathing practices inspired by elite freediving, alongside simple explanations of the science behind them. The aim isn't just to learn new techniques, but to notice how quickly our internal state can change when breathing becomes intentional.

“Rather than simply talking about nervous system regulation,
she guided us through evidence-informed breathing exercises...”
— Dr Matthew Galati Founder & President, Brain Changes Initiative

TRUSTED BY

Her passion, authenticity, and deep knowledge were evident throughout the workshop, and participants left not only with a greater understanding of the neuroscience and physiology behind breathwork, but also with practical tools they could immediately incorporate into their daily lives.”
— Dr Matthew Galati - Founder & President, Brain Changes Initiative, Toronto 2026

WHY BREAth

Deliberate slow breathing has been shown to reduce stress hormones, increase oxygen flow to the brain and strengthen self-regulation - all essential skills for effective, resilient leadership.

Simona presents this evidence alongside the practice, grounding the experiential in the scientific.
